Marin County Bail Bonds

Marin County, which is located immediately North of the Golden Gate bridge in the San Francisco Bay Area is the gateway to the North Bay.  Much of Marin's 521 square miles is unincorporated and therefore the crime prevention and law enforcement responsibility of the Marin County Sheriff's Office.

The Marin County Jail is located on the Civic Center grounds in San Rafael. In 2006 the Jail booked 8,589 individuals, and provided housing and care for an average daily population of 318 inmates. The Jail houses all individuals, both men and women, who have been booked for a violation of law or sentenced by the Marin County Courts to serve a jail term (usually one year or less).

If you need to post a bail bond for a friend or loved on in the Marin County Jail, please call one of our bail agents to start the process.  We are happy to answer any of your questions and we have one of the quickest release options available anywhere through our bail by phone/fax/email program.

We have a number of financing and payment plan options available and in most cases, we don't require collateral. Please call us toll free at 888-767-2245 or 888-SOS-BAIL
